Plains State Bank incorporates commercially reasonable methods to authenticate the information that you have supplied for making a payment through the Plains State Bank Pay Direct Service. You will not be able to submit a payment until Plains State Bank authenticates you and you will not be allowed to use the Plains State Bank Pay Direct Service (PSB Pay Direct) to pay your loan bill until you have read these Terms and Conditions and have acknowledged you accept them.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize Plains State Bank to initiate a charge to the account that you have stored in the PSB Loan Payment Service site according to your payment instructions. Each time you use PSB Pay Direct to pay your Plains State Bank loan account, you will be re-authorizing us to charge the account you select from the PSB Pay Direct Service site.

By providing Plains State Bank with the account information for your PSB Pay Direct Service site, you authorize Plains State Bank to follow the payment instructions we receive from you through the PSB Pay Direct Service site. When you use the PSB Pay Direct Service to send Plains State Bank a payment instruction, you authorize Plains State Bank to initiate a message to your bank to charge the account you indicated from your PSB Pay Direct Service site and to send those funds to Plains State Bank for payment. We currently accept payments as follows; Direct Payments (ACH debits) from checking or savings accounts and debit cards.
By using the Direct Payment method, you agree to authorizing Plains State Bank to initiate debit entries for the amount(s) specified, to the checking or savings account(s) you indicate, at the depository financial institution(s) you indicate, and to debit such specified amount(s) to such checking or savings account(s). You agree that the origination of ACH transactions to you checking or saving(s) must comply with the laws of the United States of America. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the bank account(s) that you have specified on the PSB Pay Direct service.
If you choose to use your debit card to pay your loan bill using the PSB Pay Direct service, there will be a debit card transaction fee of $4.00/each.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments from checking and savings accounts and debit cards.
What information do I need to submit a payment?
Is there a service charge for using PSB Pay Direct system?
Debit card transactions – $4.00/each
What is the cutoff time for posting a payment?
Any payment submitted after 3:00pm Central Standard Time will be processed the next business day. It is important to note payments received after 3:00pm on Friday will not process until Monday (or the next business day).
Am I required to provide my e-mail address?
Yes, your email address is required. Email notifications are sent to confirm payments, alert you of any card processing issue, and to notify you when your card on file is set to expire.
Will you send me a confirmation of my payment?
Yes. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.
What if I have questions about my payment?

How do I cancel or change a payment I’ve submitted?

What if my payment is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF)?
Payments are automatically run through the bank twice, and then reported to Plains State Bank as NSF. You will be notified by a Customer Contact Specialist if you have a payment returned for NSF and additional charges may be assessed.
Can I sign up to have my bill paid automatically through automatic withdrawals at my bank?
Yes. You can enroll to have your account payments automatically withdrawn from your designated account. Payments are processed one day prior to the due date of the bill.
Do I need a User ID and Password?
A User ID and Password are not necessary when making one-time payments.
How secure is my payment and personal information?
We use industry-standard secure server software (Secure Sockets Layer) for all transactions. For your protection, all of your transaction information is encrypted when it travels over the Internet.
