PSB Online is our online banking system that gives you secure access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system has two levels of service discussed in detail below.
The basic service is free of charge and allows customers to:
- View daily account activity
- Check balances
- Verify transaction amounts
- View check images
- Transfer money between your Plains State Bank accounts
In addition to the basic service, PSB Online provides an optional bill pay service for a fee. This service will allow
customers to:
- Schedule recurring payments
- Schedule future payments
- Make one-time payments
- Generate reports
Because we know security and privacy of personal information is very important to our clients, Plains State Bank will provide an “Access ID” and a temporary password to gain access to the system. You will be asked to change your password after logging in the first time. Prior to activation, the Internet Banking department will verify your identity and authorization to information associated with the accounts that you request tied to the service. While logged in – all messages are encrypted and “firewall” technology prevents others from gaining unauthorized access to computer systems.
